Job Requirements

  • must be available Tuesday - Saturday
  • must have 3+ years of bartending experience in fine dining establishments
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift, pull, and push about 25 pounds
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • groomed appearance and punctuality are required
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • refined verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment
  • experience working in a Michelin Star restaurant preferred
  • strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
  • excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare beverages according to menu and Valle standards
  • maintain a welcoming and clean bar environment
  • fulfill guest orders efficiently and accurately
  • collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service
  • uphold all safety and hygiene regulations
  • provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
  • manage bar inventory and supplies
