Job Requirements

  • Must be available Tuesday to Saturday
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight of about 25 pounds
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be punctual and maintain a groomed appearance
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment
  • Must have bartending experience at a fine dining or cocktail bar

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Experience in Michelin Star restaurants preferred
  • Three plus years of experience in food and beverage
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Strong passion for cocktail creation and presentation
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards
  • Fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests professionally
  • Uphold a groomed appearance and punctual attendance
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
