Job Requirements
- Must be available Tuesday to Saturday
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight of about 25 pounds
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual and maintain a groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment
- Must have bartending experience at a fine dining or cocktail bar
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment
- Experience in Michelin Star restaurants preferred
- Three plus years of experience in food and beverage
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Strong passion for cocktail creation and presentation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards
- Fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests professionally
- Uphold a groomed appearance and punctual attendance
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
