Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- positive attitude and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
- strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and preparation
- proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations
- attention to detail
- team player attitude
Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and guests
- ensure members are served in a timely manner according to The Quin service standards
- deliver an exceptional dining experience with high member satisfaction
- prepare cocktails and mixed drinks according to recipes
- serve alcohol responsibly within state, local, and store guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
- operate the Point of Sale system accurately
- assist team members and management as needed
- communicate effectively regarding member needs and operational issues
- restock supplies and alert management of shortages
- prepare and submit close out paperwork accurately
- address health and safety concerns immediately
- perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- assume responsibility for quality of services
- fill in for other outlets or positions as needed
- assist in investigating member complaints
- assume additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
