Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience
- commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- strong communication skills

- valid Food Handlers and TABC certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- have full knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of bar area
- provide silverware and condiments prior to food being presented at bar area
- clean and reset bar area as guests depart or preparation of drink is completed
- perform proper bar setup and break down
- follow triple sink procedures
- communicate with management, kitchen staff, and serving staff professionally at all times
- contribute to a professional workplace that maximizes employee morale, productivity and effectiveness
- work well with diverse front of house and back of house staff
- ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding and consumption
- accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and promptly record all transactions in Micros system
- maintain guest tabs and process payment promptly
- monitor pars
- sell and upsell product
- work in a fast paced team environment
