Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year bartending experience
  • commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge

  • valid Food Handlers and TABC certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

  • availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs and respond to guest inquiries or requests
  • have full knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of bar area
  • provide silverware and condiments prior to food being presented at bar area
  • clean and reset bar area as guests depart or preparation of drink is completed
  • perform proper bar setup and break down
  • follow triple sink procedures
  • communicate with management, kitchen staff, and serving staff professionally at all times
  • contribute to a professional workplace that maximizes employee morale, productivity and effectiveness
  • work well with diverse front of house and back of house staff
  • ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding and consumption
  • accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and promptly record all transactions in Micros system
  • maintain guest tabs and process payment promptly
  • monitor pars
  • sell and upsell product
  • work in a fast paced team environment
