Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License
- Ability to work any shift including holidays and weekends
- Present a well-groomed appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate handheld device to take beverage orders
- Ability to work independently along with a team mentality
- Ability to bend, twist, turn, push and pull and lift or carry at least 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods or entire shift
- Ability to work at a fast pace and handle stressful situations
- Tolerance to second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to maneuver in high traffic and office areas and respond to visual and aural cues
- Strong mathematical abilities and accurate record keeping
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate handheld devices such as iPad or iTouch to take orders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mathematical skills including addition and subtraction and accurate record keeping
Job Duties
- Provide wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Prepare and mix drinks accurately according to prescribed recipes
- Register beverage transactions, handle cash, room charges, and complimentary tickets according to management procedures
- Account for assigned bank, all money received, and all transactions during shift
- Ensure assigned bar is stocked with all necessary supplies and liquor and complete related job duties
- Maintain assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition following department service standards
- Operate handheld device to take beverage orders
