Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
  • Ability to stand and walk 90 percent of the work day
  • Ability to stoop, bend and stretch frequently
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to see, hear, and speak
  • Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining experience preferred

  • Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
  • Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
  • Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously
  • Answer pertinent questions about menu items

Job Duties

  • Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously
  • Answers pertinent questions about drink items
  • Clears all tableware from tables and bar after service
  • Cleans all glassware and dishes, including ashtrays, and distributes
  • Stocks, restocks and rotates supplies
  • Prepares garnishes for bar use
  • Prepares snack trays
  • Maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges
  • Assists supervisor with inventory of supplies
  • Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests
