Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
legal age to serve alcohol in Vermont
ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
strong attention to detail
good physical stamina to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

prior bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails beer and wine
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
comply with health and safety regulations
handle cash and process transactions accurately
work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
