Job Requirements
- Minimum one year's bartender experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or country clubs)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Punctuality and good attendance record
- Adherence to house rules and service standards
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist wait staff when needed
Job Qualifications

- Neat appearance
- Courteous manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to wait tables or act as cocktail server is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide members and their guests with proper beverage service
- Provide proper service to staff who are serving members and their guests
- Keep a clean and workable bar at all times
- Make sure bar and/or bars are kept to standard
- Follow house rules on proper use of glassware and machinery behind bar
- Adhere to pouring guidelines
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Wait tables and/or act as cocktail server when necessary
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Assist wait staff/servers whenever necessary
- Keep work area clean
- Assist with any setup duties prior to shifts
- Adhere to all service standards
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned
- Maintain neat appearance, courteous manner and good interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and good attendance record
