Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- previous bar experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- able to count money and change correctly
- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- must meet professional appearance standards
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricted areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environments
- physically able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical activities required

Job Duties
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service and use guest names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- slice and pit fruit as required
- operate and maintain all equipment and utensils according to safety procedures
- operate cash register/POS system and handle financial transactions accurately
- work well with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
