Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years bartending experience
- Possession of TABC/Food Handlers certification
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of state and local serving laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Previous hotel experience preferred

- Hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide guests with exceptional libations and customized drink recommendations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Hyatt's quality standards
- Maintain a clean and attractive bar area while adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines
- Support various Food and Beverage outlets including HeyDey Social Club, The Tradition: An American Kitchen, in-room dining, and banquet operations
- Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their experience
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Comply with state and local serving laws and Hyatt policies
