Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to legally serve alcohol in Florida
  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in full-service restaurants or hospitality industry
  • Full open availability including weekday nights, weekends, and Sunday mornings
  • Ability to stand and move comfortably for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Within 90 days of hire, obtain ANSI Florida Food Handler and Florida Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and customer service focused
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic culinary terminology

  • Ability to stand and move comfortably for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs with ease
  • Within 90 days of hire, must acquire ANSI Florida Food Handler and Florida Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications

Job Duties

  • Create elevated cocktails with consistency and flair, maintaining both flavor and presentation
  • Manage a clean and fully stocked bar with ease and precision
  • Take food and drink orders, serve with style, and ensure the bar remains spotless
  • Exceed expectations by delivering memorable experiences while adhering to responsible beverage service policies
  • Handle menu knowledge like a pro, offering food and wine pairing recommendations with confidence
  • Address member and guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Set up and break down the bar station with efficiency
  • Enter orders with finesse using the point-of-sale system and present checks with poise
  • Bring events to life as part of special occasions and celebrations
  • Share your expertise by mentoring new food and beverage staff as needed
