Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of related bartending experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Mandatory alcohol certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of beverage order processing systems
- Open availability to work nights weekends and holidays

- Must have alcohol certification

Job Duties
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally's born to entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Serving customers as part of a team by anticipating their needs initiating conversation offering assistance and advice and remembering that the customer is always right
- Greeting guests immediately
- Taking drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers
- Collecting payment and follows cash handling procedures
- Ordering or requisitions liquors and supplies
- Washing glasses
- Maintaining clean and sanitary bar area
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
- Resolving guest complaints
- Taking breaks only when approved by the manager
- Keeping a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
