Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- experience bartending in a hotel restaurant or club with fine dining experience preferred
- ability to work in close cooperation with residents guests visitors families supervisor and peers requiring courtesy tact and graciousness
- must be able to effectively communicate read write and follow oral and written instructions in English
- able to stand and walk 90 percent of the work day
- able to stoop bend and stretch frequently
- must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- vision hearing and speech must be adequate to perform job duties

Job Duties
- Takes orders provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously
- answers pertinent questions about drink items
- clears all tableware from tables and bar after service
- cleans all glassware and dishes including ashtrays and distributes
- stocks restocks and rotates supplies
- prepares garnishes for bar use prepares snack trays
- maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges
- assists supervisor with inventory of supplies
- assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for residents and their guests
