Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand and walk 90 percent of the workday
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stoop, bend, and stretch frequently
- Ability to see, hear, and speak clearly
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers
- Courteous, tactful, and gracious in interactions
- Able to set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Take orders and provide service graciously and courteously
- Answer pertinent questions about drink items
- Clear tableware from tables and bar after service
- Clean glassware, dishes, and ashtrays and distribute them
- Stock, restock, and rotate bar supplies
- Prepare garnishes and snack trays for bar use
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident and guest charges
- Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
- Maintain a high level of customer service for residents and guests
