Job Duties
- take orders and provide service graciously and courteously
- answer questions about drink items
- clear tableware from tables and bar after service
- stock, restock, and rotate supplies
- prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
- maintain documents to account for member and guest charges
- assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
