- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Duties
- Take orders from Members and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously
- Answer pertinent questions about drink items
- Clear all tableware from tables and bar after service
- Stock, restock, and rotate supplies
- Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
- Maintain all documents necessary to accurately account for Member and guest charges
- Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
- Monitor and be responsible for the amount of alcohol a member is served regardless of transportation mode
