Job Requirements
- proven working experience as a bartender
- knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ability to keep bar organized, stocked, and clean
- availability to work full-time or part-time hours
- ability to handle responsibility for alcohol service amounts
- ability to maintain accurate documentation

Job Duties
- take orders graciously and courteously
- provide service and requested items
- answer questions about drink items
- clear tableware from tables and bar after service
- stock, restock, and rotate supplies
- prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
- maintain documents for member and guest charges
- assist with inventory of supplies
- monitor alcohol consumption regardless of transportation mode
