Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times

Job Duties

  • Take orders from members
  • Provide drink service and requested items graciously and courteously
  • Answer questions about drink items
  • Clear all tableware from tables and bar after service
  • Stock, restock, and rotate supplies
  • Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
  • Maintain accurate documentation for member and guest charges
  • Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
  • Monitor the amount of alcohol served to members regardless of transportation mode
