Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times

Job Duties
- Take orders from members
- Provide drink service and requested items graciously and courteously
- Answer questions about drink items
- Clear all tableware from tables and bar after service
- Stock, restock, and rotate supplies
- Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
- Maintain accurate documentation for member and guest charges
- Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
- Monitor the amount of alcohol served to members regardless of transportation mode
