Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- At least one year of bartending experience or completion of in-house bar back or beverage server training
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers card
- Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in stressful situations
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

- Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification preferred

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
Job Duties
- Ensures excellent customer service for every guest every time
- Takes orders from customers or beverage servers
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
- Collects money for drinks served
- Operates a cash register ringing the proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change
- Resourceful with beverages fruit and supplies in order to maintain low beverage costs
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks
- Replenishes bar snacks such as chips pretzels and nuts where available
- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
- Ensures that designated work areas flatware glasses dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards
