Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years bartender experience required in a high volume, fast environment
  • Excellent engagement and English communication skills
  • Proven team collaborator
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast paced and sometimes stressful situations with guest
  • Flexibility to work hours that may change based on the season or business needs
  • Ability to learn new recipes and techniques
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

Job Duties

  • Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards
  • Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations
  • Process guest checks and payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card and room charge processing and accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintain clean bar including proper removal of trash, empty glasses, etc
  • Thoroughly clean bar and properly return equipment and supplies to proper areas at end of shift
  • Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift
  • Perform assigned side-work
