Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years high-volume bartending experience required
- Must have or be in the process of obtaining a valid alcoholic serving permit
- High stamina and composure under pressure
- Strong math skills and cash-handling accuracy
- Must be able to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years high-volume bartending experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have or be in the process of obtaining a valid alcoholic serving permit
- Proven ability to manage heavy guest volume while maintaining service standards
- Passion for craft cocktails, spirits education, and beverage trends
- Foundational wine knowledge preferred or eagerness to develop it
- Comfortable discussing ingredients and allergy considerations confidently
- Strong math skills and cash-handling accuracy
- High stamina and composure under pressure
- Polished, engaging, hospitality-driven presence
- Ownership mindset with disciplined attention to detail
- Must be able to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Execute seasonal craft cocktails and classic favorites with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, wine selections, and flavor profiles
- Confidently recommend beverages and drive sales through genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Thrive in heavy-volume service maintaining composure, precision, and hospitality during peak rooftop hours
- Maintain awareness of common allergens and dietary sensitivities
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members regarding allergy accommodations and ingredient transparency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Anticipate needs and move proactively during high-traffic service
- Collaborate seamlessly with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing efficiently
- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal features and beverage programming
