Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum one year of related bartending experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • availability to work full-time
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations
  • engage with guests to provide a welcoming and personalized experience
  • handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
  • replenish bar stock and supplies as needed
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
