Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fast foot speed
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to memorize menus and procedures
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions according to policies

Job Qualifications

At least 21 years of age
Hold a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
Possess a Food Handler Safety Training Card

Job Duties

Greet all guests with personal style and a friendly disposition
Provide efficient and helpful service maintaining high awareness of the bar area
Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily to respond to guest inquiries
Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions
Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and time standards following POS protocol
Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and perform opening and closing duties
Restock bar inventory, replace kegs and CO2, and replenish condiments as needed
Cut fruit garnishes, polish and roll silverware, and transport dishes between stations
