Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fast foot speed
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to memorize menus and procedures
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions according to policies

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Hold a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Possess a Food Handler Safety Training Card

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with personal style and a friendly disposition
  • Provide efficient and helpful service maintaining high awareness of the bar area
  • Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily to respond to guest inquiries
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and time standards following POS protocol
  • Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and perform opening and closing duties
  • Restock bar inventory, replace kegs and CO2, and replenish condiments as needed
  • Cut fruit garnishes, polish and roll silverware, and transport dishes between stations
