Job Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage experience
  • Bartending experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol service
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • TIPS alcohol-service certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences
  • Recommend cocktails, wine, and pairings based on guest interests
  • Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standards
  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service
  • Take drink orders accurately from guests and servers
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices
  • Set up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies, equipment, and garnishes are ready
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware, surfaces, and tools
  • Track inventory levels and report shortages to leadership
  • Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations
  • Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations
  • Assist with restocking and barback support during busy shifts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
