Job Requirements
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Bartending experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- TIPS alcohol-service certification

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences
- Recommend cocktails, wine, and pairings based on guest interests
- Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standards
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service
- Take drink orders accurately from guests and servers
- Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices
- Set up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies, equipment, and garnishes are ready
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware, surfaces, and tools
- Track inventory levels and report shortages to leadership
- Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations
- Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations
- Assist with restocking and barback support during busy shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned
