Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Count money and change correctly
Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Able to work in constricting areas
Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance in varying work areas
Employee could be exposed to environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
Experience operating a cash register or POS system preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Ability to maintain professional appearance as prescribed by company policy
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
Serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
Promoting casino events and programs
Providing personalized service and uses guest name
Resolving service problems according to guidelines
Providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
Preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
Communicating with beverage servers and presenting drinks to guests or servers
Slicing and pitting fruit as required
Operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils according to safety procedures
Operating a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount and giving correct change
Accounting for all cash, charge and complimentary sales
Working well with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors
Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
