Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to count money and change correctly
Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Able to work in constricting areas
Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
Physical mobility including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance
Employee could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke

Job Duties

Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
Serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
Promoting casino events and programs
Providing personalized service and uses guest name
Resolving service problems according to guidelines
Providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
Preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
Slicing and pitting fruit as required
Operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils in accordance with guidelines
Operating a cash register/POS system, handling correct cash and change
Working well with others including beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation according to health and safety guidelines
