Job Requirements

2–3 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale lounge environment
Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
Excellent communication skills
Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server Permit required or ability to obtain upon hire
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the State of Utah
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to guests according to resort standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines
Deliver engaging, professional, and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and preferences
Maintain full knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and lounge menu items
Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Utah DABS and resort policies
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar and surrounding service areas throughout each shift
Set up and break down the bar for each shift, including restocking liquor, beer, wine, and supplies
Process guest orders and payments accurately using the resort’s POS system and ensure proper cash handling
