Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant/lounge environment
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server Permit required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor in State of Utah
- Strong attention to detail, product knowledge, and presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to resort recipes and standards
- Engage guests in a polished, approachable, and conversational manner while maintaining professionalism
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment throughout service
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, ensuring guest safety and compliance with Utah DABS regulations
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service, including restocking, inventory, and sanitation duties
- Handle all guest transactions accurately through the POS system
- ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation
- Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to deliver seamless service and timely beverage delivery
- Create signature cocktails or seasonal specials when requested, maintaining consistency in presentation and quality
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required
- Support the overall success of the outlet by maintaining a strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned
