Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, including guest and team member touch points
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment
- Handle transactions and manage cash register accurately
