Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required

- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Cheddar's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and guest touchpoints
- Engage with guests by providing friendly conversation and excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Handle customer payments and operate the POS system accurately
- Promote menu items and specials to guests enthusiastically
