Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Cheddar's recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and guest touchpoints
  • Engage with guests by providing friendly conversation and excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Handle customer payments and operate the POS system accurately
  • Promote menu items and specials to guests enthusiastically
