Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- in-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage preparation
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe)
- availability to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages
- ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
