Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- previous bar experience preferred
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments

Job Duties
- complete all required duties upon opening and closing the bar
- provide courteous service of frozen daiquiris and beverages including offering samples and suggestive selling
- stock and maintain the bar area in a clean and orderly fashion
- clean, sanitize and lubricate daiquiri freezers according to schedule and instructions
- greet guests in a friendly manner creating an upbeat and fun environment
- take drink orders and serve promptly while checking IDs for proof of age and following responsible serving guidelines
- make all drinks accurately according to recipe including batch production with proper cups and garnishes
- slice and pit fruit as required
- prepare and deliver guest food orders according to guidelines
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed
- serve as ambassador of goodwill and appear in publicity photos
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service using guests' names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- operate and maintain equipment and utensils safely
- operate cash register/POS system ensuring accurate transactions and cash accountability
- work well with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors
- maintain a clean and stocked workstation according to health and safety guidelines
- maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar, and guest areas
- perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or management
