Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Count money and change correctly
- Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in a crowded and noisy environment
- Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs and perform various physical motions such as bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and balancing
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Must successfully complete all required licenses and permits according to federal, state and local regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Able to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Must meet professional appearance standards

- Able to work in rapid pace and crowded environments
- Experience operating cash registers or POS systems preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Complete all the required duties upon the opening and closing of the bar
- Provide courteous service of frozen daiquiris and beverages, including offering samples and suggestive selling
- Stock and maintain the bar area in a clean and orderly fashion
- Clean, sanitize and lubricate daiquiri freezers according to schedule
- Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating an upbeat environment
- Take drink orders and serve promptly, checking IDs for age verification
- Prepare drinks accurately according to recipes including batch production
- Slice and pit fruit as required
- Prepare and deliver guest food orders as needed
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed
- Serve as ambassador of goodwill and appear in publicity photos
- Promote casino events and programs
- Provide personalized service using guest names
- Resolve service problems according to guidelines
- Operate and maintain equipment and utensils safely
- Operate cash register/POS system accurately
- Work collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and stocked workstation
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar and guest areas
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management
