Job Requirements

No formal education needed
Must comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
Ability to bend, lift, and stand or walk during entire shift
Ability to work in confined spaces for long periods
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Follow all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
Adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Hotel experience preferred
Must be able to communicate in English
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register and make change

Job Duties

Set up the bar
Take drink orders from customers
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Assist with food preparation and service for the lounge
Greet guests and provide menus and information
Check customer I.D.
Maintain bar and lounge cleanliness
