Job Requirements
- At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
- applicable work history
- Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification required
- Food Handlers license required in Texas
- able to lift 30 pounds frequently
- able to stand or walk 8 to 12 hours
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- willingness to submit to a background check
- excellent customer service skills
- enthusiasm for helping clients
- takes responsibility for job duties

Job Duties
- Set up the event space including tables, chairs, linens, and buffet
- serve food and beverages to guests
- oversee wedding ceremony processional and recessional
- complete coordinator tasks during the reception
- work as a part of the banquet team
- always maintain venue cleanliness
- respond to customer questions and requests
- clean up and breakdown of the event space after its completion including accounting for all equipment and supplies and ensuring its return to storage area
- be flexible to work shifts as a banquet server, banquet bartender, dishwasher, and event coordinator as needed
