Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ATC Responsible Vendor License
- Basic math and computer/tablet skills
- Ability to stay professional in stressful environments

Job Duties
- Welcome guests within one minute of arrival
- Prepare all cocktails to restaurant specifications efficiently and consistently
- Provide the same standard of service to bar guests as in the dining room
- Memorize multiple drink recipes to ensure quick service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes
- Set up and break down the bar including cleaning duties
- Stay updated on food and beverage menu changes
- Enter orders accurately via POS system
- Follow company cash handling procedures
- Track open tickets and credit card receipts
- Prioritize ticket orders for timely completion
- Alert managers and servers of out-of-stock bar items
- Restock bar supplies at beginning and end of shifts
- Handle all cash transactions and balance cash drawer
- Keep bar cooler clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding area throughout shift
- Check identification of patrons to verify age requirements
- Maintain knowledge of food pairings
- Prepare garnishes and set up bar for service
- Wash and sterilize glassware
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Exhibit professionalism including punctuality and proper uniform
- Follow service standards
- Display integrity and honesty
- Perform side work and closing duties independently
