Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of craft beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late night events
- positive, engaging personality with a strong hospitality mindset
- professional work ethic
- strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- attention to detail
- interest in craft beverages and the Burial brand
- basic math and computer skills
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to carry 30lbs up 2 flights of stairs
- comfortable working in loud, crowded environments
- ability to communicate clearly in high noise environments
- ability to go up and down stairs in a timely manner
- capacity to remain alert and responsive during loud performances or late night hours

Job Duties
- Follow and uphold all beverage, service, and aesthetic standards
- perform all opening, closing, and side work duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service and guest areas
- prepare cocktail ingredients and mix beverages according to recipes and portion control
- check guests for proper identification and serve alcohol in accordance with laws
- process credit card transactions accurately
- assist with stocking and organizing beverage products and supplies
- support public and private events including live music and rooftop service
- be willing to support multiple service roles during shifts
- stay updated with company communications
- take initiative to support teammates and complete side tasks
