Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to count money and change correctly
- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- must meet professional appearance standards
- must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded or noisy environment
- physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs and perform various physical movements
- exposed to unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke

Job Duties
- Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- serving as ambassador of goodwill during work and at customer and public relations functions
- promoting casino events and programs
- providing personalized service and using guest names
- resolving service problems according to guidelines
- providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- slicing and pitting fruit as required
- operating and maintaining equipment and utensils safely
- operating a cash register/POS system and managing financial transactions accurately
- collaborating with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors
- maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with safety guidelines
