Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Evaluate customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Consistently check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Adhere to alcohol control, safety, and sanitation policies
- Stock and restock bar inventory and supplies while maintaining a clean bar area
- Communicate equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager
