Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- Basic mathematic proficiency
- General knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards
- A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items, bend, and stoop
- Able to stand and walk for up to eight hours
- Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments
- Must meet Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles level three medium work requirements

- Satisfactory performance and reliability in prior and current employment
- Preferred: 6 months experience in customer service or related field
Job Duties
- Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- Communicate with beverage servers and present drinks to guests or servers as required
- Slice and pit fruit as needed
- Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils in accordance with safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines
- Operate cash register and POS system, handling proper amounts and change
- Account for all cash, charge, and non-alcoholic complimentary sales according to procedures
- Maintain integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene according to guidelines
- Project professionalism and consistently friendly demeanor
- Appear in publicity photos
- Promote casino events and programs
- Work collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, bar helpers, supervisors, and casino supervisors
- Provide personalized service using guest names
- Resolve service problems according to guidelines
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically
- Perform duties of Coffee Bar Attendant, Barback, Food Server, Beverage Server, Cashier/Host, or Server Assistant as needed
- Other duties as assigned
