Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or professional training
- a current TABC license preferred
- flexibility with scheduling - able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
- dependable with attendance
- ability to work in a team

Job Duties
- possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos' Alcohol Service Policy and procedures
- verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages
- accurately take and prepare guest orders
- maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area
- conduct inventory of bar related items
- keep area clean and sanitized
