Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or professional training
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain TABC certification if not already licensed
- Dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or professional training
- A current TABC license preferred but we can help provide the certification if not certified yet
- Be friendly and outgoing
- Flexibility with scheduling - able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
- Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
- Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
- Dependable with attendance
Job Duties
- Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos' Alcohol Service Policy and procedures
- Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages
- Accurately take and prepare guest orders
- Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area
- Conduct inventory of bar related items
- Keep area clean and sanitized
