Job Requirements
- Two or more years experience as a bartender preferably in fine dining
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- clean and professional appearance
- state license to serve alcohol and knowledge of liquor laws
- extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks
- manual dexterity and ability to multi-task
- professional communication and social skills
- self motivated and able to work calmly under pressure
- strong team-work orientation
- basic math and computer skills
- flexible part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- know work schedule and meet appearance standards
- understand beverage and menu options and follow recipes
- communicate with management and hosts
- maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar and lounge
- greet guests and take beverage orders
- guide guests through the menu and upsell items
- accurately take and input food orders
- ensure guest satisfaction
- follow drink recipes and portion control
- mix drinks for dining room guests
- handle check presentation and payments
- thank guests and invite return visits
- perform opening, closing, and side duties
- take phone orders for 'To Go'
- assist with Prime Society service
- communicate guest requests and complaints to management
- work special events and banquets
- assist teammates as needed
- adhere to company policies and regulations
