Job Duties
- Complete and pass training modules for bartenders and servers
- know work schedule and maintain professional appearance
- understand beverage and menu options
- follow established recipes and presentation guidelines
- communicate with manager and hosts about reservations and guest flow
- keep bar clean and stocked
- prepare and serve drinks in the lounge and dining room
- guide guests through menu and ordering process
- answer guest questions
- upsell and suggest items
- accurately take and input food orders
- serve appetizers and menu items according to procedures
- ensure guest satisfaction with beverages and food
- control portions and pour accurately
- follow procedures for check presentation, payment, and tip-reporting
- thank guests and invite them to return
- perform opening, closing, and side duties
- assist with to-go orders and special event service
- maintain teamwork and assist other team members
- adhere to all policies and regulations related to liquor, food handling, sanitation, and safety
