At Outbound Stowe, we are currently seeking a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our guests by utilizing skilled mixology talents to prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and attentiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding all state, federal, and property-specific regulations while ensuring every drink served exemplifies quality and creativity. The Bartender will also act as a hospitality ambassador, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about our menu and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.

The position demands a lively and engaging individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embracing the opportunity to interact with guests and team members alike. The Bartender will orchestrate a positive, fun-filled atmosphere that elevates the guest experience and fosters repeat visits. Responsibilities include crafting traditional and signature cocktails, managing food orders at the bar to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, and maintaining exemplary sanitation and safety standards throughout the bar area. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the hospitality industry's demands.

Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and food service, augmented by relevant certifications such as County Specific Food Handlers Certification and State Alcohol or TIPs certification.
