CoralTree Hospitality Group is dedicated to fostering a vibrant workplace culture that values professionalism, teamwork, and employee growth, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development to its staff.
At Outbound Stowe, we are currently seeking a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our guests by utilizing skilled mixology talents to prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and attentiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding all state, federal, and property-specific regulations while ensuring every drink served exemplifies quality and creativity. The Bartender will also act as a hospitality ambassador, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about our menu and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
The position demands a lively and engaging individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embracing the opportunity to interact with guests and team members alike. The Bartender will orchestrate a positive, fun-filled atmosphere that elevates the guest experience and fosters repeat visits. Responsibilities include crafting traditional and signature cocktails, managing food orders at the bar to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, and maintaining exemplary sanitation and safety standards throughout the bar area. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the hospitality industry's demands.
Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and food service, augmented by relevant certifications such as County Specific Food Handlers Certification and State Alcohol or TIPs certification. Our ideal applicant is a personable, energetic multitasker who values delivering exceptional service and contributing to an empowered team environment. Outbound Stowe offers a competitive compensation package alongside a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, including group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, participation in pre-tax flexible spending accounts, an employee assistance program, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a team member free room night program.

If you are dedicated to service excellence and thrive in dynamic social settings, we invite you to become a part of our CoralTree family and contribute to our tradition of hospitality excellence.
