Job Requirements
- Two years previous experience in customer service preferably in a similar setting
- Flexible schedule including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service
- County specific food handlers certification
- State specific alcohol certification and or TIPs certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and energetic personality

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and property-specific policies and procedures
- Create distinctive and traditional beverage recipes
- Provide a fun and friendly environment for guests
- Share knowledge of menu offerings and amenities with guests
- Receive and verify food orders at the bar
- Assist bar and restaurant staff in a fast-paced environment
