Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of cashiering/cash handling experience
- Previous bartender experience preferred
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Knowledge of mixed liquor's and ale's soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages
- Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area
- Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc
- Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports
- Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display
- All bottles are placed according to specs
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards
