Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Valid bartending license or permit if required by local laws
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including cocktails wines and beer
- Provide recommendations to guests on liquor beer and wine
- Maintain a clean organized bar area including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
- Handle cash credit card and other payments ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Engage with customers in a friendly positive manner to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed
