Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must comply with all health codes and regulations
- knowledge of casino environment
- thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
- good oral and written communication skills
- must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training
- must have previous experience in handling cash
- must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests
- must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust
- must have Gaming Registration
- must have Alcohol Certification
Job Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- minimum of two years experience working in a casino or bar establishment preferred
- knowledge of casino environment
- thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
- good oral and written communication skills
- ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption
- must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training
- previous experience in handling cash
Job Duties
- Make and create specialty drinks for guests
- function as cashier for beverage outlet and ensure balanced monies
- maintain proper set-up of the bar including cleanliness of guest areas
- maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer
- check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- perform other duties as assigned
