Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar food and beverage role
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for mixology and creating innovative cocktails
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to guests according to recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and incorporate fresh, seasonal ingredients into drink offerings
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
