Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar food and beverage role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for mixology and creating innovative cocktails
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to guests according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
  • Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and incorporate fresh, seasonal ingredients into drink offerings
  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
